Ok, I know that is a bold statement to make but with present conditions the US of A is looking more like a third world country than it is a leader in democratic values.
This article proves my point even more. Children this year and in the future will be unfairly punished because school budgets have been drastically cut to the point that some schools are even creating 4 day school weeks to deal with budget problems.
Does anyone see this as a problem?
