-The downtown lower east side of Vancouver is the poorest postal code off reserve, it is riddled with addiction, homeless, and no chance for hope as expensive housing attempts to gentrify the area in time for the 2010 Olympics. This obscene poverty makes no sense considering Vancouver is one of the most expensive cities to live in Canada.
-Gregor Robertson (part of the Vision party) puts homelessness, low income housing, and environmental sustainability on the top of his list. And he says he can do this without raising taxes. I actually believe him.

This guy is pretty golden. I did some research of my own and found out some cool facts:
-He went to Stanford Medical School
-He owns Happy Planet Foods, an organic farm that has won numerous environmental awards
-He is an avid bike rider
-He is really, really good looking
Ok the last point is a bit superficial, but whatever it takes to get Canadians out to vote.
The last federal election had the lowest voter turnout in history, so let's not let that happen again.
Please Vancouver vote for Gregor Robertson. He wants a break with the past. He's young, he's progressive, and he represents change. I wonder who he reminds me of?
Election date is now! VOTE! VOTE! VOTE! VOTE! VOTE! please....
