"I've abandoned free-market principles to save the free-market system," says Bush.

Seriously, he was the president for the last 8 years?! And he thinks he "saved" the economy?!

I'm so flabbergasted by his ignorance that I cannot elquently comment on this article.
Read the whole article, but if your sick of reading about this stuff, I don't blame you.

Here are my favorite (aka stupdiest) quotes from Bush in explaining this whole U.S. recession thang:

"I've abandoned free-market principles to save the free-market system,"

"I am sorry we're having to do it,"

"I feel a sense of obligation to my successor to make sure there is not a, you know, a huge economic crisis."

Bush said that a "disorganized bankruptcy" of the carmakers could create "enormous" economic difficulties.
