Even though this is a vintage clip, it just shows that there really is such thing as a good interview on both sides. In 2006 Clinton agreed to his first ever interview with Fox news. Now, the 3 people that read this thing know how I feel about Fox news as a news source, so just to play the other side of the field I'm showing a clip of Fox actually doing their job.
I'm actually impressed that Fox news (remember this is back in 2006) asks real questions and not things like, "are you a Marxist?"
Clinton agreed to a 15 minute one-on-one interview with Fox News only on the condition that they spend at least half of the interview talking about the Clinton Global Initiative. The interview lasted 22 mintues with a majority of the time spent on Clinton's hunt for Bin Laden as President.
Contrast this interview with an interview I posted a week ago with Ed Begley. I mean on style alone Fox undermines its own integrity. Fundamentally, can you see a difference in investigative journalism styles? Do you see a problem with this picture?
If you say no, then you got some explaining to do. And lucky for me, I got the time.
