At Obama's first press-conference since winning the election, the most important question was, "what kind of dog will you get?"??!!!???

I'm sorry but it's like every time I want to have a bit of hope in U.S. reporting these days, they do stupid things like this.

On November 7th, 2008 after coming out victorious in a historic election, reporters were anxious to ask the new President-elect the tough important questions.

However, the question on everyone's mind at Obama's first press conference was what kind of dog the First Family would adopt.

~Sigh~ are you kidding me?

But of course Obama can always find a way to say something inspirational. He said he wanted to make sure the dog was hypoallergenic and that it came from a shelter. So he said that the family might have to have to adopt, "a mutt....like me."

This statement does show how U.S. citizens are all mutts in some way or another.

Whatever the intent of the statement, it does show that Barack is human after all.
